When you submit the request form or call this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, town, a description of the problem, and (for calls) the caller number and a recording of the call. Calls may be recorded.
We use that information only to get your request to the company that handles the job, so they can call you back about it. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes form submissions and standard server logs. We don't use advertising cookies.
To have your information deleted, submit the form with "delete my info" in the description and the phone number you used.
